Since they were married, Kim and Kyle wanted to have a baby. When it took longer than they had expected to fall pregnant, they began to hope and pray that they would be able to have a baby of their own.
Fast forward to two days before Christmas, 2015, when Kim wasn’t feeling well, she decided to take a pregnancy test. Expecting to be disappointed with the results, she lay down and fell asleep. When Kim woke up to the evidence that she was pregnant, she could hardly believe it. Another test.. it was true – she was pregnant!! Kim and Kyle could not keep their excitement to themselves and wait until Christmas Day to reveal the news to their families – they were going have a baby!!
We had scheduled their maternity session for a few weeks back and when we woke up to gale force winds; snow warnings just an hour away and an icy winter chill hanging in the air, we decided to postpone their shoot, which took place last Friday. It was a gloriously warm sunshiny day and Kim had wanted her shoot to take place in a forest.. so, we made it happen!
Not long now until Baby Watridge is ON HER WAY!
